That type of color picker only works on Window 8ish themes. It is much more difficult to do, given all the images we have.

The notification alert number actually changes with the theme now? I thought it was originally supposed to be red no matter what theme you chose.

I'd prefer the colour picker to remain where it is. However, it would be a good idea to have that fade until you hover over it. I really don't like the boxed in look. I think it makes it look cluttered.
