Yeah but who owns googles vs who owns tiktok? I suspect politics is the basis for a lot of these bans. Which isn't surprising since the bans are for gov employees so go figure.

Good! Their reasoning isn’t exactly wrong. There’s a lot I like about TikTok, don’t get me wrong, but overall social media has fucked our social and mental development as a species, and TikTok is especially brain-rotting I think in its rapid fire super digestible style.
