I second this. Wait no, I third it? That doesn't sound right..Meh, anyways I completely agree with that. I think that all members should be able to tag other users, and I think it would be really cool perks for super elite if they had unlimited name changes and custom emails. As for a bans page, I don't see why there would be an issue caused by Super Elite's having that, would be quite a cool feature actually. Might be cool if Elite's could see bans too though.
