But yeah, about refunding coming to and end, 90% of people will never even think of doing it despite of growing awareness. At the most big platforms will put rules on very high amounts, but that's it

I don't know the reason for issuing a refund. You purchase a item and refund to keep the item and get the money back.
Why did you spend the money first? There are other alternatives to make cash.

I get the purpose, you order online, you get the item, you say you didn't get it, you get the money back while keeping the item, then use the item or sell it.
It may work one or two times...
