It's the exact same way with every PC games. Unless you have a tank, you can't even touch Battlefield 4, Crysis 3, etc... It has been like that for a while now.

Exactly, PC games are completely useless unless you have a shitload of cash to upgrade your PC.

But once you get your hands on enough cash to build a tank, it is like heaven for nerds. Save up over a summer and then you can play whatever you want!

It's a bit late, because you won't be able to play GTA 5 on PC for a while, but trust me, next summer, pick up a job like I did (I'm only 13!) and save all of the money you bit. A good PC now a days only costs like 900$!
