Besides the cock sucking, do you find her attractive because she's an attractive female, or do you find her attractive because she has a cock? That's all it boils down to. The inverse could be said. What if it's a trans man? Do you like him because he looks like a man, or do you like him because he has a vagina?
In the modern sense, it's straight. As far as gender roles, initial attraction based on preferred appearances, then yeah, I don't think it is gay. The technical side of things is that she is, in fact, a former man (or a current man to some) and therefore no matter what she looks like it's gay. Even if she had surgery to have a vagina, it's still gay. Even fucking her in the vagina and being attracted to her because she looks like a woman is still technically gay because it is, in reality, a man.
So it's really up to you. I don't personally care. I don't consider myself gay at all. I have seen several trans women who are absolutely gorgeous. They're supermodel attractive, but they have penises instead of vaginas. They also have very feminine faces, nice breasts, nice asses, etc. But they have dicks.
