I'm gonna be honest, I don't get it. The religous part I can get because it follow A religon. However, other people may not be Islamic. I do believe we own our bodys because we are controlling them. Whatever we do to our bodies affect them for example, if we eat all bad food and no exercise we get big. It's on us to control our body and I think we own it because we are just in it. The other part I don't get, the "So your action can affect the entire world." We are just 1 person, I feel like anything we do is insignificant. You have to gather a bunch of people to actually "affect" the entire world.

Easiest example to answer you is, Someone who couldn't follow healthy foods and rules started one of the biggest pandemic in the world. Covid-19 as the example.
