How will Solar Oribiter cope near the Sun?
Solar Orbiter has been designed to experience sunlight 13 times more intense than what we feel on Earth.
It will face heat of more than 500 degrees - that's much hotter than boiling water.

This image is kind of amazing because of the exposure control of shooting so close to the strongest source of light in our universe

Idk about the universe, but in our solar system for sure haha! I don't think this is the "raw" image in the same way we take photos on our phone. It's received data and been programmed to display that data in the image. In a sense, it's a reconstructed image. There's a pretty good article that talks about how it works here.
