As you said just like a sponge when someone, a friend, a family member is sad I fell it so bad. I think my nature of work , past event had thier own effect on todays Kurdy's personality.

Being an emotional sponge isn't a bad thing. You have great compassion and understand others better if so. It's just something you have to learn to manage and control so it doesn't affect your mental health too much!

It takes a lot of conscious effort to change speech behavior around swearing! Now my siblings are grown up and my family feel free to swear more, I notice we all swear hell of a lot more.

I used to sing a song everyday hundred times. I had a friend who asked me to stop and I promised him will stop singing this song for one week. Belive me because of that I didn't sing it even when I was a lone not even a word xD

After a week right the final day it comes into my mind again that I did it... so I start singing a different song xD
