For me it's Inuyasha, beautiful to watch awesome anime with deep plot and strong characters with a beautiful love story between Inuyasha and Kagamae.

I love Rurouni Kenshin, great anime it shows very intersting fighting styles.
By personal favourite is Kenshin Hidden Mitsuraki style, I keep coming back to this anime again & again.

Madoka Magica is so perfect to rewatch. Extremely well paced to the point where I can finish it in like 1 or 2 sittings and drenched in symbolism and hidden meanings that keep me wondering to this day.
