No, you are not fine with getting into this type of trouble when you actually get in trouble. You've mentioned that you are 13 years old and that the judge won't do anything to you, this is false. Your parents will end up getting fined for a large amount of money and maybe even put in jail because of you. Keep in mind that your parents are the ones who have brought you on earth, don't hurt them because without them, you wouldn't be here.

I have actually went to jail because I stole more than 9000$ from a "money transfer department"
I can get out from this trouble, my parents wont pay shit
And even if I cant, my whole FAMILLY is loaded with plenty of money, so yeah "I'm damn FINE"

I can keep a straight face and lie my way out of just about any situation, but the second they connect you to a polygraph, your fucked mate.
It monitors your heart rate and sweat, and compares that back to the trick questions they asked you at the start.
It takes a LOT of control to pass a lie detector.
