This is exactly how I found the form too. I was on reddit a lot on the ILPT form, but they started censoring a bunch of stuff, and I found the SE site, then this form.

It was like heaven when I found this form, I had no idea that a whole form existed for people who SE'd all the time. Like it's so helpful seeing everyone else's SE's and learning from them.
