For files of this nature, It's best to use Solidfiles or Hostr.
With the latter, I've yet to experience a single file removed from their servers.

now i remeber that i sharre someone else link and i didnot download the tools because of hude size so and link got expire so no chance of getting back .but i will try to bring it back if many user request for it other wise move on.
