I try to be.
I am a firm believer that the best designs are ones that are not crowded and can convey a powerful message without the use of a large amount of design elements.

I think a group for the design side of the forum is a fantastic idea.
Those designs are incredible! It's nice to see someone not afraid to charge what they deserve for a change. On some sites people will undersell themselves so much!
