SL has been good to me for half a decade, I'd hate to have to find another community, there's simply nothing else like it.
Seldom we find a community of this caliber.
I've been dedicatedly communicating on forums for over a decade (aside from unforeseen circumstances, every day without fail) and truth be told, this Is the most relaxing, Informative and fulfilling board to date.

I too would hapily contribute to such a cause. SL has been good to me for half a decade, I'd hate to have to find another community, there's simply nothing else like it.
Same, but Oni doesn't seem interested in ever selling, and I'd probably make a community instead of looking for a new one

We have procedures in place so that the forum goes on if I'm unable to continue administrating (be it death, emergency, etc.). Handing it over for mere money wouldn't be in good taste, or to my interest. There's a list of people that will be contacted (i.e. staff) and given the opportunity to buy/acquire if I resign. I'd never consider putting the forum into anyone's hands unless they are capable and have the forum's best interest at heart.
