You're certainly right about Vodafone. Even a few acquaintances have mentioned Vodafone's poor customer service and coverage.

O another question! You the prepaid type of guy or month to month on a plan?
I myself have always been prepaid, I rather go to the servo and purchase credit when I need it, rather then have an excessive amount of calls and data every month that will go to waste.

Firstly, there's no billing account hooked to my name which Is a bonus for me In terms of privacy. Also, If I need extra (or less) data /call usage, I can top up accordingly.
