Yes there's so many organizations and entities that require attention.

Unless management strategies are formulated, Implemented and adhered to thereafter, It will be extremely difficult to keep track of all requirements.

I'm with you there! I distinctly remember my professors telling the class that the old boys in management will be retiring soon and there will be a gap to fill, and that we should put ourselves there to make changes and create new policies and utilize new leadership styles to make these kinds of things better. Thinking back, that tells me it's no singular person's responsibility to make the needed changes.
