No, cmd bypasses are very simple and u can do it by adding a exe that calls cmd with command parameters
or u can run shutdown.exe which has parameters and doesnt require admin
or you can always do the OLE uac bypass in c++ if u want to do it
even though u will be in jail

I've been in a school where the school accidentally gave all the students in my grade admin privileges. Granted, this was only 5th-grade or so, but I still made my own hidden backup admin account so I could install programs even when they figured out what they did wrong. Someone else could've done more damaging things.
Schools generally don't have great (or even mildly good) security.

Of all attacks and websites I've compromised, I can confidently state that schools are the most vulnerable- by a significant margin.
A combination of medical, real estate and travel & tourism are second. Believe It or not, the IT sector closely follows.

Revisiting this since it's active again, even though command prompt is disabled, a huge number of school boards/corporations/whatever don't block Powershell.
My friend and I demonstrated an exploit for our local admin last year wherein we could find student, teacher, or administrator credentials (stored in plaintext, lol) using PS then log in remotely via a machine on which we have elevated privileges (e.g. personal laptop) to cause more havoc. It hasn't been patched yet so we've been told to keep quiet about the method, but it works on a board of 561 schools.

See I never got around to bother hacking while in school, but I did hook a battery to the power box and caused a feedback loop, fried the school for about a month, Other than that it was mostly harmless pranks, like giving the cheerleaders brownies with chocolax before a game, the football team and I lifting the principles car by hand and putting it on the roof (sounds more impressive than it was, it was some really tiny foreign car), or just randomly turning peoples cars upside down.

Hmm I tried putting a RAT into a USB if its plugged into a machine it will Automatically start try that one maybe it will work when your at home then you see ur teachers browser then you see your teacher browsing a Porn Site blackmail your teacher Get a good grades (not recommended idea if your stupid wanna try don't blame me if something will happen) hahaha i will never try it instead ill just access there school database
