If you want your anonymity Intact, cash (where applicable) Is the best way to pay for the service. You'd want no links whatsoever to any entity relative to your Identity.

Cash is the best way most def. You can also accomplish this with BTC when using mixers, etc.

Giftcards can be tracked as far as what purchases are made by the same card, but if you but a giftcard with cash or BTC, then it's hard for them to trace back to you.
