Ya know, looking at all of your replies and everything, part of me thinks this another joke.
On the chance its serious, sex itself is really not that bad even with it a lot. Masturbation is another topic as it actually harms you (but you've already said thats not the thing.)
As @GOD said, there are some metaphysical and spiritual detriments when it comes to sex, so take those into consideration.
But yeah, find a new hobby, learn a language, that'd be cool, learn together or something.
