I would give it away. Selling it goes against morals in my opinion, that's a cold move. That's like putting a price on many suffering lives.

Being the ass I am, I'd probably sell it.
There's been rumors that Cancer Research UK etc have been farming money although they somewhat have a 'cure'

I do not care about anyone but myself and I see me making lots of profit from this so I would sell the cure for high prices.
