Isn't it interesting that even though this mainly concerns Americans, the whole world still pays attention to America's politics anyway? It's crazy

In some ways it's weird. In others, it makes sense since as they are the superpower of the world. What they do, affects everybody.

I kinda thought that, except instead I thought that they had power and would determine their relations to other countries, but every other leader in other countries would be the same, these guys just stand out. There is no arguing that America is one of the top in the world.

Forgive me, I'm not quite following. What do you mean about other countries being the same and standing out? I think I'm just missing what you're trying to say xD

Oh no i don't mean other countries are the same and stand out. I mean America stands out with their politics, but I also initially thought that any other country could have the same effect, but nobody else is as interested in other countries. By same effect I mean could have serious relational changes with other countries.

Oh I think I am starting to get it now. Sorry about that, sometimes my trail of thought seems to be on a different wavelength.

I personally think watching american political debates makes me want to slam my head against a wall but they are still so influential since it affects so many. Brexit for the UK (my motherland) has thrown our political/economical and social stability up in the air. Not liking the exchange rate atm. Losing a fair amount of money as its getting worse.

Trump definitely did better then I initially expected. You gotta admit it to him, he's got balls to debate someone with such experience.

Yet, in the most recent debate (I'll make a thread about this shortly) he seems to be talking with more sincerity, more research and knowledge and with more substance than Clinton. This time she spoke mostly about her opinion of Trump, he previous experiences (partially driven by Trumps accusations but still) and by ideals. She didn't tell anyone how to solve issues, nor did she bring these issues to the forefront of discussion. She was also the first to throw petty personal points. I may not like Trumps personality, but it was vastly more convincing from him tonight.
