C++ is pretty good, Java is easy to use but you don't know if its on all the systems or not

Add it to your hosts file in system32.

@axi would a crypter allow this to work on windows 10(sorry i am clueless when it comes to this stuff) and if so, are there any good crypters you would recommend?

It would, and any crypter is going to have some flaws but just look around for something reputable.
