Open it with NOTEPAD++ and copy paste the contents into some other existing theme's XML and save it. Then try uploading. Don't forgot to reactivate the plugins.

Looks like a revised version of the current theme, however I don't like the sidebar, it's not very original in my opinion.

Honestly, I don't like the sidebar, it's ugly. Everything else looks basically the same, so really I don't know what else to say.

I don't really find the sidebar for twitter useful unless you're being active on it.
