True, but then that would be mean staff weren't doing their jobs. I believe awards should be a case by case basis. Some people top post for a few weeks then disappear off the face of the earth. Whereas some will hit top several times every few months for 3 years straight.

True, and I wouldn't want SL to become like that. That ultimately comes down to a team effort of keeping the forum interesting and fun without losing that real discussion that happens here every day.
