He may have just been at the right place at the right time (before anyone else discovered It), and happened to stumble across It.

It was a good find, but In my views, nothing that anyone dedicated to IT security couldn't do themselves.

Anyone can read, read and read and eventually hack something, only few can actually come up with a creative way to exploit something that hasn't already been documented.

I agree.

Very well said.

I can relate to this via my own experiences when compromising websites. The manipulation Involved by crafting various attack vectors, can be extremely Intense at times. The good old 403/406/412 status response codes Is not appreciated at all. And only when the exploitation finally takes place, can I relax with a sigh of satisfaction.
