Melee is an extremely technical game. But it is so fun. personal mains are Marth, Falco, and Pichu. I actually won a local with Pichu once.
Smash 4 is my true forte though. My Lucina is such a pro.

i was thinking about getting into smash, but I don't think i'd be to good, I like playing csgo and PC games, but console has never really been my thing unless it was Forza or sports games.

Smash bros is very simple to learn. Just learn very slowly and go at your own pace.
I recommend you first learn someone like marth. Since he is very good. and he won't destroy your hands (like fox)

I cannot stand smash bros. Its a game that everyone thinks is a competetive fighting game, but isnt. It's a party brawler. A game you get drunk with your friends and play, not make a tournement for. Personally, I want depth and conpetitive play, so I play BlazBlue. Even have a fight stick.

Have you seen some of the moves these people have to pull? Yes it's a party game. But people have made it into something that is so much more than that. Trust me I didn't believe it was a competitive game at first. But once you see some of these people play is. wew lad

I have seen these people play. Just because someone is skilled at smash bros doesnt make it something its not. Smash bros lacks the core fundimentals that make a true fighting game. The entire way that smash bros is setup is different. Every character does the same thing. Go in, combo, launch, repeat. Fighting games have multiple characters, multiple play styles, counters, combo breakers etc. Smash has none of those things.
