Intelligence can be used in different ways people are smart at certain things and less smart at others. you don't need grammar to have knowledge in a certain subject. So no.

Doesn't really have anything to do with it, but it's a better way of enhancing your typing and making it easily eligible to read rather than having bad grammar that no one can really understand. It simply makes you sound like that you care about your appearance and it makes you sound more mature though.
