My policy I've used for staff and being a staff is basically: You cannot make everyone happy follow the protocol, do your job. AKA I was and required everyone else to be strict and professional.
No drama ever
Staff rarely removed (only like 2)
No problems
If staff have problems they should just step down instead of causing shit.
