Nope. I used it at one point and I had absolutely no issues.
I have been hearing a lot about how "unstable" Blackshades and Cybergate are, yet I never had issues with either.

I personally use the ControlME RAT, but I haven't really used any others... So I can't really compare from experience.

Black shades is advanced and hard to use darkcomet is the best

I have to say, but Listening to a port/DNS and directing the server to connect to your DNS/Port is not hard.
I fixed someone's problem when I never used a R.A.T. before. :p

People don't normally refer to RATs as botnets.

People refer the malware as a "bot", which is wrong as well. The bot is the infected machine.
