I'd Take the apartment. My experiences with apartments have been okay, i'm just used to them.
However, i will be moving to a house soon enough.

My suggestion: Get an apartment.

I prefer an apartment, less maintenance and no need to care for a garden or mow the lawns every month. But ofc, if you can afford a house then go for it Smile

I think if you're going to school or something along the lines of that - get an apartment and it'll help you save money.

But if you're out of school and can afford to do so - get the house. I personally don't like apartments that much, not enough room for me.
