Lmao. I'm always just busy through the night and most of the people i speak are from the US.

 I used to be like that in Secondary school, I'd speak to all my American friends, and try create websites
 that lasted about 5 minutes.

Turn your PC off or TV close your eyes and just think about stuff i normally do this if i need to get to sleep early, i fall asleep in about 10 or so minutes but for me it does not seem that long as i'm thinking about stuff i like or how my day went etc

Yeah, I use to have the same problem, I think it was a reassuring problem like I didn't feel I was safe?

Yeah I believe that's what it is, it's also I can only sleep on the right side of my body.
If I sleep on the left I stop breathing mid sleep, fucking weird.

But I developed Somniphobia and was scared of sleeping for fucking ages, and finally started to face it.

Never heard of that, but I can't lay on my stomach at all. Backs fine but I rather have pressure on my sides.
