My anxiety used to be so bad. Got to the point where I just couldn't sleep and I'd go like 36-48 hours and then just pass out the first time I sat down. Thank god that shit isn't a thing anymore. If I need to force myself to stay awake to get something done after about 24 hours of no sleep i'll just put down what I'm doing and go to bed.
