Also I hate making assumptions but for some reason I think its Prodigy (whoever the coder was for FJ). They have that nav bar along the top like how FJ used to do it, unless theres a tutorial how to make it.

I know it's not him lol. Prodigy is a good guy and not retarded. Anyone with half a brain can make that nav bar.

It's not the fact of sharing but the userbar was never given out for anyone to use, it was only used specifically for the previous/current forum we have. They pretty much stole it rather than us sharing it.
