Companies like LG are actually really good at doing thing's like that, Samsung is also another company which is very good about doing the same thing.

It was hands down the best customer service I've ever had, it can't even fucking compare to Apples tech support. The lady was nice and friendly and helped me fast and without any issues.

It was hands down the best customer service I've ever had, it can't even fucking compare to Apples tech support. The lady was nice and friendly and helped me fast and without any issues.
I dislike apple's technical support very much - some of the support representatives you talk to from there are actually quite rude.
