Again I noticed that which is why I reposted them without the outer glow. I will be honest and say I whipped it up in like 5 seconds considering I was working on other things but thanks.

Try making a boarder around it, it might help it a lot.

Make it more transparent from outside until inside
Make a circle and make gaussian blur so it 'mixes' into the background.

I think you should do a bit more to the banners and make the title be inside of it and try picking better colors for it like more darker or something along those lines.
