Any booter takes home connections down buddy. We're talking about websites, but I don't see the point of buying a booter.
1. Costs money
2. Sucks/weak
3. Exploitable/public

i dont think all booters are same i'm using a stresser for 5 months now and they are awesome you just need to have luck to have a good booter -

Im using XRShellBooter I bought a lifetime thing. 100$. I dont regret it because I kicked off a site... it was too easy.. and on top of which i have access to the client exe file. So that being said... I think i will enjoy my booter. I do think its because you bought during updates. but i ddosd my house and yeah... everything went to shit ... lol for a solid 10 minutes. I felt like i was in the stone age.
