I never have no internet. If my home connection goes down, I just turn on my mobile hotspot and continue what I was doing.

Typically I just program and shit that doesn't require internet. Play banished or something. GTA V storymode. Depends what I'm feeling.

I just go on my phone and use my cellular since I have 20gb a month. I usually have no downtime since I know what I do for the most time.

When I have no internet, I call some friends up and hang out with them. I do this even when I have internet, but when my last source of entertainment is a computer (and the internet goes out), I usually just watch a downloaded movie or write a story.
