That thing can make up any number it wants. None of it matters unless you can find someone who is willing to pay that amount.
Like I highly doubt I could find someone to pay me the $ 3,666 it says my forum is worth. Not that I would sell it anyway. I've been running it since 2009 and I've turned down all the interested buyers so far.

Part of it depends on the sources of the traffic. And if people would continue to use the site if it was sold. I dont think many websites are actually worth that much...

Chit n Chat is not worth 2k, they get these from the daily traffic as someone else said.
This site would barely pass the 3 figures, let alone 4. HF on the other hand could go for at least 5-8 figures.
