Depends on what I'm trying to accomplish, so it's hard to say.
I think the language I have the most fun in would be Ruby

I find python a little bit TOO simple, although I haven't learned much python at all so I wouldn't say i'm credible for this.

Java is definitely my favorite though, but i do seek to learn more languages.

for me it's php. easy to use and there is lot of framework on php you can use it easily.
