I would recommend using a VPN , some good ones give you a selection of countries to choose from.

In short you don't, not at least without downloading multiple tools/pieces of software AND have a preexisting proxy or VPN.

No it wont you would need a to either install Havji on a remote system or have a system wide proxy/tunnel.
