Don't quote me on this but I think it has something to do with skype's tcp vs like the stresser's udp flood, not sure tho. I also know that cox internet is freaking weird, my buddy had someone hit him with like 4gbit and he was fine, his upload speed is only like 20mbit...then again mine is around 0.3mbit w/o tor or a vpn lol.

What if the attack is coming from let's say TCP, UDP, and let's say SSYN. Theoretically, shouldn't Skype go down too?

Yeah I don't see why not, I also don't get why you would use all 3 of those @ same time or w/e lol. How much power does this output btw.

That I'm not sure. But, what I can say is that 1 shell is enough to take down a home connection. And there's 9 shells. If you tell me a way to measure the actual power I'll do it.
