RE: Life - static_cast - 05-25-2013 Hm, where did physics + chemic come from? For one: nothing creates nothing. http://www.gotquestions.org/who-created-God.html Why did it take so long for people to come up with the big bang and evolutionary theory? Because people rejected God. FunKx, I recommend you listen to Dr. Ravi Zacharias for some of your theological questions. http://www.rzim.org/ http://www.youtube.com/user/rzimmedia RE: Life - Nailo - 05-25-2013 One day, we will all die. Somethings will always be outside human understanding. This does not mean they are outside of nature (ie: supernatural). We (humans) will never know whats on the other side of the universe. It is impossible, as there is only so much of the universe we will ever be capable of seeing (this is called the 'observable universe', you can look that up too.) The fact of the matter is this, humans may be the superior life on this planet when it comes to the food chain - but we are hardly anything special in contrast to the vastness and complex nature of our universe. (This is known as being humble ). By declaring you know it all, and can explain everything by attributing it to your god is incredibly egotistical (and chauvinistic). And I am not afraid of death, but I am definitely afraid of painful nasty things that seem to happen to people before death. And yes, I am glad of my "hedonistic" ways -- while life exists, there can be joy and friendship and love and laughter -- even in the midst of sadness, loss and pain. To not enjoy this life seems to me to be a horrendous waste. But I do not live my live exclusively for pleasure, although I do take pleasure in helping those around me and doing "good works." I feel that I have an obligation to those living and yet to come to make as little of a mess as possible for them to clean up after me. To make this life a little better for others here on spaceship Earth. One must realize that Part of life is determining what is real and what is a fabrication. From early childhood, we need to test our beliefs to determine if we have an accurate picture of our world. As we grow, we question our parents and our government and we question the beliefs that are held by society. When the god-concept is put to this scrutiny, it fails to prove its validity. Let me Explain Something (with the knowledge that i have acquire on my path) the Beginning started from the big bang. Now what is exactly the big bang. It could be the theory that the universe pop out from a multiverse: The multiverse just as a bubble balloons which when collides may form one big balloon which is the universe or when it splits it makes two balloons, that could be the big bang theory as well or the creation came out of nothing. Now you will argue how can something came out of nothing. simple. The universe can be made out of nothing in the sense that If you calculate the positive charge of energy and the negative charge of energy in the universe and add them together you get ZERO. Just like protons have positive electric charge and electrons have negative electric charge. Mathematically, like +1 -1 = 0. About Molecules, this is an electrically neutral group of 2/more atoms. Now you may still ask how does this makes the universe. You should read about the higgs boson theory which proves that when two protons collides it decays into two jet hardrons-made up of quarks held togather by the strong force as atoms and molecules. The higgs boson stipulates that its a model of the building block of the universe. You still believe that your god or you still believe that there is a god where in fact we are a mere product of evolutions. Fossiles proves it and our human body has even errors in the consequences of such blind evolution. We have even useless human body parts. Religion is just an invented agency to explain people blindly about things that could not be explained and to do this religion was invented. RE: Life - Keepalive - 05-25-2013 ...... For Sure every one will be afraid from Something.. For Example you " but I am definitely afraid of painful nasty things that seem to happen to people before death" .. So how somebody Could Say "Im not Afraid of the UNKNOWN" when every thing is possible and something you never knew!!! Thank you for your Goodness. And What About the Brain that you Think Using it ,and not like all the other Creatures,By Chance too!.. Everything else is pure evolution, physics and chemical reactions. Believing in some "God" is the stupidest thing a man can ever do. You see, we often don't believe simple people telling us simple things. God is something far from simple lie. Still, why do people believe in such a huge lie (A man who created the universe and noone's ever seen him) Except for the crazy lieing motherfckers who claim that they've seen God. The've seen no shit :epic: Forget my theory. So you say there is God, and he/she created everything? Then without recalling my theory, tell me, who/what made God? I believe you're standing for God theory and all.. :epic: RE: Life - Keepalive - 05-25-2013 ..... RE: Life - Linuxephus™ - 05-25-2013 Stay on track gentlemen. Thus far it has been a very interesting read from All concerned. So lets not turn it into an unintentional flame war. And yes, you can expect a dissertation from me as well after I'm sure the entire Community has had their personal viewpoints publicized. With all due respect, if someone comes here to advertise something that has nothing to do with the theme of the forum and has no intention of getting involved with the main subject is that not spam? My apologies for being so upfront but I believe that such a subject only serves to separate the community as we are multi national and come from a wide range of beliefs any such discussion is bound to ignite arguments. Yet the theme of the Forum where this particular subject matter resides is in the Open Section. Thus Spam isn't a quantifiable use for labeling as Spam. Were we to follow that line of thought, logic dictates every Member who has thus far participated in the discussion has contributed to the same "spamming" of material on the merit of replying with their own line of thought on the subject material. None of which are guilty because the subject material fails to fall within the Spam definition, also of which has lead to a very good discussion that has forced those who have participated in the conversation to reveal what they honestly think within their own criteria of living. On the contrary, the subject material has served somewhat unintentionally to Unite a number of Members in this very thread on common ground where we all free to express our thoughts on the subject matter. Which lead to my original comment to "stay on track gentlemen". Even if some agree, or disagree, the common ground revolves around what is thought, which entitles every individual to commentation accordingly on the common ground of All are Equal, regardlesss of nationality or chosen belief. For any who would Choose to become offended, this logically of course then is not the thread for them if that should so be the case. Point in fact, this thread has most assuredly lead to an intellectual conversation well worth the merit of being continued and left as open. As for me personally, I see no logic in believing when Knowing is far better, and thereby far simpler. And were an argument to be ignited, then logic dictates it would be by an individual who would be Spamming dissent with the thought of trolling. Since we're all adults, and We All respect the view points of each other, I see no real worries of this particular thread turning into a fiasco of stupendous proportions. Thus alluding to any who Chose to become Offended, this indeed is not the material for them to participate in. Leaving no room to be offended nor any excuse on such a merit for whomever would seek to choose to be offended. |
