I'm having some problem.When I check my server on myself then it Works but When I give it to anyone then it doesn't and Everything is working fine...Help!

I cant help with that i can only do basic set ups

Have more or less the same issues!
Tried most of the stuff out der to try and come out with a solution.
I replaced my ip to 127.... to check if something wrong with the rat itself but i found myself so ok...
port open... and checked with site...
no-ip up and running and checked with port scanner site as well and say its open too!
I shared in different ways the server with an average of 400 ( at least 1 should have opened it no?? )
still no clients connected! PLS Need some guidance!
