Hmmm, Not sure what sort of attack they did. But yes, some of these steps they might have done (or close to them).

Well, there is always a risk. But to start off, try to find websites/networks that are basically crap lol. They need to be small sites that you can tell get very low traffic/maintenance, and poorly made. There not hard to find.
There is always a risk, and some times that "risk" can become your worst nightmare.
To reduce your risk check out the "Anonymity" forum.
If you don't want to get caught, DON'T DO IT.

The tutorial will stay "as is" for now. Possibly writing a tutorial on "Running exploits which will be added into this thread as i have put all the info you need, but just don't have how to run the exploit.
