I don't really see the advantage of making a text clickable so it would open up in a browser? If the text isn't a link, what do you expect to see in the browser?
The 'process.start' just opens up the item with the default related program... because they are url's, they will open up with your default browser.
Concerning your datagridview question, just add all found entries into a ienumerable list (f.e. list(of string)) and set that list as datasource of the datagridview

And and backgroundworker process bar stopped working it get up to 4% and stops.
