Sleep @ 1 - 2 AM mon - thurs wake up @ 8PM for school
Sleep till 3AM or later on Saturday up at 11pm or later
Sunday varies

I sleep 6 to 8 hours usually.I fall asleep around 01.00 and wake up around 9.00.

I sleep at 12 and wake up at 6. That's for night. Otherwise I may fall asleep anytime or anywhere during the day (not while I'm walking or standing).
