i still preffer ssh tunneling , or in many cases a h4cked rdp... but never the less, i must say i never changed ip that way .. if am to just do some on the web i use proxy.. h4ck etc i either use ssh-vpn or connect to remote host.. though have not tried it nor going to try it but want to know anyone who have used this how many digits we resetted or changed from your initial ip.. has if i recall back on windows 2000 there was a close technique like this in use then, but normally it changed last 3-4 digits of the ip number..still leaving you in same location but, you all need not forget that this days ip-trace is improved with mac detectors.. so ill pray you all not to just change your ip this way and feel relaxed or secured
