In that website if you earn by just waiting for a few seconds then yes. If it requires something to be clicked then nope.

Of course it does, are you sure you have added other links correctly?
Also pay attention to the wait time. You need at least 20 seconds for a 256kbps connection, 10-15 seconds for a 512kbps internet (of course may depend on the type of website).
