I think the only anime that I had to stop watching due to a bad dub was The Black Butler. One of the characters just had a horribly grating voice. I heard it was good though so I'll have to try it subbed instead.

Subbed, I cannot deal with the voices they give some of the characters when they have English voice-overs.

Started with dub on animax. But once i got into subs never really got back with dub again.
